This is a rare historical LP from 1970. It documents the official gathering held on August 15, 1970. During this historic event in the Ridderzaal (Hall of Knights), a Dutch "debt of honor" (moral debt) was settled with Dutch-Indonesians and Moluccans—exactly 25 years after the capitulation of Japan and the end of the Second World War. The album features speeches and music and was released as a mono LP.

It is an important document for collectors and history enthusiasts alike, marking the first time the Dutch government publicly offered apologies and recognition regarding outstanding salaries and the arrears that had accumulated in the former Dutch East Indies following the war.
