General remarks:

• After adding an item to your cart and ordering it, the required shipping costs will be shown after selecting the correct destination country  from the drop-down menu.

• You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information.  When paying through Paypal, we use the address from your Paypal payment, as Paypal expects us to do.  We cannot be liable for the delivery of your order to the wrong address as a result of you supplying us with incomplete, different or inaccurate information. 

• For shipping outside the Netherlands above € 50,00 excluding shipping costs, we recommend that you choose at least Track & Trace shipping. Standard shipping will be carried out but no compensation/refunds will be made in case of loss. It is not possible to trace the lost product with standard shipping.

• PO Box / Postbox / Postbus / Packing Station:  packages can't be delivered to PO Boxes or Packing Stations.

 

Customs:

Import duties, taxes and other customs-related charges are not included in the item price or shipping price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. We will not honor any requests to classify purchased items as anything other than "merchandise" or lower the value of listed items on the customs document, as doing any of this is against Dutch & International law.

 

Combined shipping:

In order to save on shipping, a buyer should place an order with all items in it. If a buyer placed multiple orders, the buyer is responsible to request a merge of those orders, so that a combined order can safe you on shipping costs.

 

LP Shipping: 

All LPs are shipped in mailers made specifically for vinyl with additional cardboard padding. To prevent seam splits, the vinyl in its inner sleeve will be placed outside of the cover except for sealed records.

 

Sealed Records: 

Upon request,  we will open a sealed record for the buyer once payment has been made but before sending it. Especially when you are looking for a particular variant of colored, transparent or marbled vinyl this can be recommendable to avoid a disappointment. On the other hand we must be able to rely on what is stated on a sticker.  If there is any problem (such as a warp), we will work it out or agree to cancel the order. But if the record is sent to the buyer sealed, it is purchased "as-is" and it can only be returned at the buyer's expense in still sealed condition. 

 

LP Inners & Inserts:

 If a printed inner sleeve or insert (poster, booklet, etc.) is present in a particular album, it will be noted in my description. An absence of original inner sleeve or insert will not be noted. If an inner or insert is important to your purchase, please confirm with me before purchase.
