Feargal Sharkey ‎– Wish (LP) / The Undertones

Feargal blew a bit of fresh air into 1988 with the release of Wish. Not sure if Feargal had a lot of cash or just a hoard of accomplished musical friends. Danny Kortchmar is all over this recording , co writing three of the numbers, Steve Jordan also co writes one number and puts a great beat down on all tracks. Dave Stewart also co writes Please don't believe in me, Danny on slide, Waddy Wachel on acoustic, Russ Kunkel on percussion with Stanley. Even Kieth Richards joins Danny & Waddy on More love. Mark Goldenberg co writes with Feargal on Let me be & contributes on organ & synth. Stand out tracks are Out of my system, Strangest girl in paradise and Blue days.
