Coparck ‎– The 3rd Album CD PROMO

The new album by Coparck wraps around you like a warm sweater from the very first song. The previous albums were sound-wise around Kashmir, dEUS and Sparklehorse and on this album Eels and The Flaming Lips are added to those sources of inspiration. With each subsequent album, the band perfects its style of beautiful, intelligent, mature songs. Intimate songs like You will fall are alternated with rousing, almost agitated songs like Thoughts you thought you could do without. These songs, together with the catchy You’ll never find anything quite like it and God Dress America, make for a high-quality album. The only thing that distracts slightly is the beautiful but also somewhat strange, plastic-sounding voice of Odilo Girod, who at times has a Dutch/American accent.
