Zedd ‎– True Colors CD

Zedd has always been super underrated as a producer. He always has had an attention for detail and way around hooks that made him stand above his peers. Grouping him with artists like Calvin Harris and David Guetta is doing him a disservice. His work has aged way better than 90% of pop edm from this era.
The only thing this album has against it is the cheesy pop lyrics. Production is the highlight and it makes up for it all. Everything is perfectly paced and every payoff lands. One thing that really keeps the album together is that is the transitions. They're all pretty seamless and make each mood change not jarring. True Colors is a lot more creative than people give it credit for.
