All On The Beat is the highly melodic, underappreciated third studio album by Ivy Green, one of the founding pillars of Dutch punk rock. Released in 1985 on the Circo Re label, the record marks a fascinating maturity checkpoint for a band that initially made its name with the feral, hyper-fast Ramones-fueled aggression of their iconic 1978 self-titled debut.

Recorded during the summer of 1985 at The Stable Studio in Arnhem, All On The Beat captures Ivy Green stepping away from the constraints of pure minimalist punk, trading snotty three-chord bursts for nuanced songwriting, garage-rock sensibilities, and highly infectious power pop.
