Arrogant Seattle grunge punks Mudhoney released 'My Brother the Cow' in 1995, and it sees a proud reissue now from Music On Vinyl. Unlike their grunge forefathers and siblings, the gruesomely toned guitars and snarled vocals of Mudhoney only ever sounded semi-serious, and 'My Brother the Cow' is testament to the fact grunge could be, above all things, quite fun. Raw, rollicking and full of sunglasses rock, 'My Brother the Cow' is a different kind of grunge classic. One choice lyric from Mark Arm: "Listen to my songs, I guarantee you'll relate".
