You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. We will then credit the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipping from your home to our webshop are at your own expense.

Important Exception for Vinyl LPs and CDs (Audio Recordings)

Due to the nature of our products (audio recordings), the legal right of withdrawal does not apply in the same way to all items. Please pay close attention to the following rules:

• New Vinyl LPs and CDs (Sealed): New items are delivered in a protective plastic seal (shrink-wrap). You are welcome to inspect the packaging, but the seal must remain intact. As soon as the plastic wrap/seal is broken, your right of withdrawal expires immediately. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for opened LPs or CDs.
• Used / Unsealed Vinyl LPs and CDs: For our second-hand items that are delivered without a factory seal, the 14-day cooling-off period does apply. You may inspect the LP or CD just as you would in a physical record store. If you return the item and there is new damage (such as scratches that were not present upon delivery), we will unfortunately have to charge you for the reduction in value.

How do I return an item?

1. Notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to info@musicnonstop.nl or by using the statutory model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
2. Package the LPs or CDs very carefully (preferably in the original shipping box) to prevent damage during transit. Vinyl is fragile; we cannot fully refund returns that arrive damaged due to careless packaging.
3. Send the package to our return address.
4. As soon as we receive the return shipment in good and (if applicable) sealed condition, we will refund the order amount within 14 days via the payment method used for the original purchase.
