Released on vinyl only, the album is a paragon of harmony: for the first time, everything clicks. Compositions, arrangements and production are all in perfect balance. Ford has always been an excellent songwriter, but this time the songs get the treatment they deserve. "Summer Breeze.." simply sounds great. No, it’s not a hi-fi record, but I have seldom heard an album recorded on 4 track that sounds this warm, spacious and atmospheric. The songs are heavily influenced by west-coast pop, adorned by clever arrangements, heavenly melodies and mildly psychedelic sounds. Highlights include "Find Someone" and "The River is a River".
